Brine & Stave is the realization of our passion for quality food and beverage.

We are Josh and Alicia: a couple with many young children and too many pounds of dog in the house. We have both been in hospitality since our teenage years and cannot imagine doing anything else with our lives. We quickly realized how closely our visions aligned and were compelled to found a place of our own together.
